The next East King County CLC (Community Living Connections) network meeting will be via zoom Wednesday April 17th from 10AM-12PM.

Overview Extreme Heat Mitigation Strategy HERE
“King County is working with local jurisdictions, frontline communities, and partner organizations to
develop an Extreme Heat Mitigation Strategy that will identify near term and longer-term heat
mitigation actions that King County and community partners can take to effectively address heat
impacts. This plan is an action identified in King County’s 2020 Hazard Mitigation Plan and 2020 Strategic
Climate Action Plan. The target completion date
of the final heat strategy draft is June 2024.”

DV Hopeline
The DV Hopeline (DVHL) is the 24/7 phone and online message hotline in King County, serving domestic violence/intimate partner violence survivors, their supporters, and professionals who work with survivors. DVHL also offers resources to people causing harm. Overview on how the line can assist with DV situations you may encounter in your work.
