• Rhonda Montgomery will join us to discuss TCARE Outcomes
We will learn best practices for communicating goals and outcomes to caregivers. We will also work on The Why of TCARE and our three Washington caregiver programs.
• Next up on the agenda, Rhonda will be interviewed about exciting changes coming to the TCARE online training.
• Lynne Korte will be on the call to talk about Dementia Capable grant outcomes and recommendations
Some exciting and innovative outcomes have come from this grant.
Lynne will talk about all of that AND answer questions callers may have.
• Last but not least, we will tackle Family size, head of household and income questions for FCSP.
