The South East Seattle Senior Center and AgePRIDE bring you Powerful Tools for Caregivers. Whether you provide care for a spouse, partner, parent, friend, neighbor, or a child with special needs, this course is for caregivers like you! A free 6-week class about taking care of yourself while you care for a loved one.

Rock Painting for All activity available for care recipients to join during caregiver class. Materials provided.
