Professionals Event Calendar

The first Community Conversation started at the center with George Dicks and 11 interested community members. Since then they’ve expanded to four locations and covered topics that range from ‘Friends Remembered’ to ‘Aging and Sexuality’ and ‘Not home – for the holidays.’

The Community Conversations are LGBTQIA+ safe spaces by and for the community. While others are welcome to participate, the communities; voices will be prioritized and they hold a judgement free, safe space for all members. Members are free to speak about any topic however they do pre-selected topics each week that serve as great ice breakers.

These talks will be in the form of group discussions. Conversations are led by GenPRIDE volunteers and community experts with an emphasis on the impact to your lives. Sponsored by Generatiosn Aging with Pride!
