The purpose of these Community Forums for Action Planning is to brainstorm and collect potential action plan ideas for the Age- and Dementia-Friendly Washington initiative. During the session, participants will receive a short overview of the Age- and Dementia-Friendly Washington framework and key data. Participants will be asked to share their insights and ideas for potential action items.

Final decisions will not be made in these meetings and all ideas will be considered.
