The South King County CLC network meeting will be hosted on Wednesday, March 25th, from 10AM to11:30AM. These meetings are a fun and engaging way to get to know other professionals, collaborate, and learn about resources in King County. We will allow more time so you can engage with other providers in our network so you can gain the most benefit and seek resources that you never knew you needed.

  • GENPRIDE – Rochelle Hazard – Program Services Manager
    • GenPride Advocates for Seattle/King County older LGBTQIA+ adults’ unique needs through programs and services that cultivate well-being and belonging.

10:30AM – 10:45AM

  • Breakout Rooms/Networking

 

10:45AM – 11:05AM

  • Boulder Care – Cannon Syverson – Community Engagement Liaison
    • Boulder Care offers telehealth addiction treatment grounded in kindness, respect, and unconditional support. Our program is designed by addiction medicine specialists and people with lived experience of recovery. It is rooted in years of clinical expertise, proven research, and learnings from our patients.

11:05AM – 11:25AM

  • GRAT – Jams Stuivenga, LSWAIC, GMHS – Clinical Supervisor
    • The Geriatric Regional Assessment Team (GRAT) acts to provide timely and brief intervention that can reduce the likelihood of an acute behavioral health crisis and the need for emergency services.
