An opportunity to get updates on happenings and get to know other professionals, community members, and resources in King County as the COVID-19 pandemic continues to shape our lives and work.

·         Phung Nguyen, Primary Care Liaison, Aging and Disability Services, will be sharing health promotion programing updates

·         Linda Hunt from Habitat from Humanity will talk about their Aging in Place program https://buyhabitat.org/home-repairs/aging-in-place/

·         Sasheem SilkissHero from Sound https://www.sound.health/ will provide insight about Compassion Fatigue and coping with clients passing , in addition to providing some skills and tools as we continue our remote working

·         Amber McDowell-Reese, from Sound Generations, will present on the GRAT ( Geriatric Regional Assessment Team) https://soundgenerations.org/our-programs/grat/ GRAT offers outreach, comprehensive assessment and early intervention for aging adults who are escalating toward crisis.

·         Aging and Disability services will give updates
