This meeting is for current ADS-contracted agency providers of Community Living Connections and Family Caregiver Support Program.

ADS will reflect/report back information and comments gathered from round table discussions at the last Joint CLC & FCSP meeting on July 24th at High Point Center.

This report back will be followed by a discussion among Agency providers about the CLC and FCSP service areas, the upcoming RFQ process and etc. The discussion will be facilitated by Consultants Kevin Baker and Donald Felder.

 

Refreshments will be available.
